This recipe combines green onions, carrots, and rice to male this subtle but flavorful turkey soup.
Ingredients...
- 16 oz. of turkey breast tenderloins sliced into 1inch pieces.
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup of carrots sliced
- 1/2 cup of celery sliced
- 1/2 cup of uncooked white rice
- 32 oz. of chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons of stir fry sauce
Here's how...
- In a bowl mix all ingredients except turkey.
- Place vegetable mixture into the Crock Pot and place the turkey on top.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Stir in rice and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
Try this...
Top the soup with croutons or sprinkled cheese and serve with a fresh tossed salad. Delicious!
