Ingredients...
- 4 cups dried navy beans
- 1large chopped onion
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 9 cups of water
Here's how...
- Place the navy beans and the 9 cups of water into the Crock Pot Slow Cooker.
- Cook on the high setting for two hours. Turn off the heat and let the beans sit for 12-24 hours.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 10-12 hours.

Substitute pinto beans for the navy beans for a different hometown flavor.
